Process

How new work starts

The same sequence applies to executive protection and to site coverage. Work does not start until the firm and the client have an agreed written arrangement and properly registered personnel are assigned.

  1. 01

    Leave a complete inquiry

Name, callback number, city or general location, type of service, dates or hours if known, and whether the need is routine or urgent. You may omit a protectee’s identity or a site address until a call if you prefer.

  2. 02

    Qualified Manager review

The office reviews whether the firm can consider the work. Personnel, insurance, jurisdiction, and risk are part of that review. A form submission is not a booking.

  3. 03

    Scope and written agreement

If the firm can proceed, scope, staffing, and terms are discussed. Every account requires a written service agreement. Rates are prepared after the post is understood — they are not listed online.

  4. 04

    Assignment and briefing

Only officers properly registered under this PPO license work a post. Post orders, presentation of the detail, and on-site briefing follow the written arrangement.

What this firm will not do from a website

  • Dispatch officers or confirm that a post is staffed at this moment
  • Quote a rate, lock a start date, or take payment card numbers
  • Change an existing client’s schedule or post orders
  • Hire an applicant or collect Social Security numbers
  • Share another client’s name, address, or assignment details

Existing clients with an operational issue should call (323) 904-9378. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
